Mass Effect Andromeda Dev Discuss Game Entering The Next Phase of Its Development

EA and Bioware are continuing to stick to the party line that Mass Effect Andromeda is due out by March of 2017- this in spite of us having seen not a single bit of actual gameplay footage for the eagerly anticipated fourth instalment in the Mass Effect series so far.

Given that, then, you would expect that the game is now entering the final stages of development- after all, there’s little over half a year left till we get to play the game, right? And it sounds like that is indeed what is happening, with the most recent tweets from Bioware developers discussing the game entering its next phase of development- which, judging by the content of both the tweets taken together, we can probably take to mean the testing phase, before the game is sent into QA and debugging (though this last bit is honestly just speculation on my part, don’t take it as news and run with it).

If this is true, then hopefully by the time EA and Bioware finally do take the wraps off of the game, we get to see a near final build of it- because if we don’t, then I mean, what the heck have Bioware actually been doing all this time, and how can they still insist it is coming by March?
