UK Game Charts: LEGO Star Wars Force Awakens Still Number One

TT Games’ LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been ruling the UK game charts with an iron fist. It’s currently the number one selling game across all platforms in the UK for the fifth week now according to Gfk Chart-Track, which also noted that this was the same amount of time that LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes spent in the charts.

Meanwhile, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Grand Theft Auto 5 moved up to second place and third place respectively. FIFA 16 is in fourth place followed by Overwatch in fifth. DOOM, Rocket League, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Minecraft: Xbox Edition and Ratchet & Clank (which managed to rise from 33rd place to 10th) round out the remainder of the chart.

The relatively static nature of the top ten is to be expected – there haven’t been a ton of major releases lately. That could change when No Man’s Sky launches next week for PS4 and PC so stay tuned.
