Another system update for the PS4, and can you guess what this one does? You probably already know- Sony don’t actually release major system updates for the PS4 except for around August every year. The rest of the year, all their updates are minor ones, usually their infamous ‘stability’ updates that don’t actually do anything front facing at all.
So, another stability update, then. Great. To be fair, though, there’s not much left to add to the PS4 at this point- it’s got just about every major feature fans can ask for. Allowing users to change their PSN names would certainly be great, but that’s a server side PSN change, not a client side one, meaning it’s probably not going to be part of a firmware update. Plus, it looks like it may be incoming at some time in the future, too
