Crackdown 3 has been a very long time coming- the game was announced four years ago, and has been delayed since, with many people actually assuming Microsoft would cancel it or brush it under the carper- especially since its central cloud technology is now no longer something Microsoft is pushing. However, it’s coming later this year, and we should soon have some honest to goodness information on it.
“2017 is shaping up to be great!”, the official Crackdown 3 twitter account said. “Crackdown 3 info is on the horizon, and we’re ready to bring the boom!”
It’s good to hear they are excited- maybe the game will be one of the ones that are used to showcase the Scorpio’s abilities during Digital Foundry’s premiere of the console tomorrow? Hopefully we finally get to see how the ambitious open world game has been shaping up all this time.
