Nintendo has one more DLC in development for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild with The Champions’ Ballad and released a 17 second teaser to showcase it. However, producer Eiji Aonuma has promised more than just playing as Link again.
As per the tweet, “You’ll still play as Link in The Champions’ Ballad, but learn more about #Zelda along the way.” Along with Zelda, we’ll also see the four Champions making an appearance. What exactly the DLC will contain remains to be seen but we’re assuming more story content, perhaps taking place before Calamity Ganon took over.
The Champions’ Ballad is out in the holiday season. As per Nintendo, it will have a new item to unlock in the form of The Wind Waker Link’s lobster shirt. What are your thoughts on the DLC and for that matter, how are you enjoying The Master Trials? Let us know in the comments below.
